You have the right to cancel your order after receipt of your order. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to send an email to info@ProxyArt.nl, so that we can send you a return form. Returns without a return form are not accepted. In case of damage, we ask you to send a photo of the damaged object first.

Return exceptions

• Returns are accepted by us provided they are in original undamaged condition and undamaged packaging.
• Returns are not possible for custom-made items.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns at all times.
